Auto Italia 2012 - Part 1 - Alfetta

Auto Italia Car Show, Sunday 15th of April 2012
Old Parliament House lawns

Chris Clearihan's Alfetta which he raced in the 1980s in supercar class. I remember this car being nearly unbeatable; Chris mentioned that he reached 180 mph at Sandown racetrack (Calder) sometime in the mid-80s.

Gidday Chris - thank you very much, glad you like them, it was one of those rare photo opportunities, I couldn't help myself. I will piece together photos of the other cars shortly.

Bob was interested in seeing EH show photos from last year, they are amongst the older posts.

Hope you a getting better Chris!

Best regards,
Michael

ps. Ned Bunnel is the name of a blog I subscribed to, he is a US Pentax company executive...

What gearbox does it have?

Kind regards,

Best I can find is that he ran a six speed manual gearbox - over to you Chris...
